| Comment: I am buying a house soon. They have already accepted my bid. I have a couple of questions. Are you a licensed home inspector? Can you give me an estimate on the inspection? Details on the house 1080 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage. HUD has did an inspection on the house and thought there was a plumbing problem. Can you do air test on the plumbing? If there is a problem can you find it? Then give me an estimate on the work that would need to be done? How long does an inspection take? Can I be there? Is there an additional fee if I go with you and you show me and tell me the things you find? The house is in pretty good shape. Thanks! |
