Comment: Hi. My mother lives in Berea. Her gas fireplace needs to have an electric starter added. My understanding is that it is partially in place but was never completed. It is difficult for her to bend down to turn the gas on/off. <br />I would like to pay for this and have you do the work. I insist on absolutely CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL work and installation and I expect you to stand behind your work. Her home is less than 10 yrs old, so it should not be anything out of the ordinary. I want a very good unit. I would like something that is VERY SAFE. (Is pilotless safer? What happens in power outages? Fail Safe? Fail Secure?) Her home has natural gas, not propane. It is my understanding that the fireplace was WIRED for this but never connected - or maybe there is no electric starter installed? <br />Please contact me ASAP to get this started.
