Comment: We have a house on the KY River, ½ mile beyond Hall’s .
The lower floor, at ground level, is surrounded by 8 ½ feet of cinder block.
We want to seal it against flood water penetration.
The SBA has lent us enough money to cover the cost.
1) Outside needs filling and parging, about 1200 sq. feet.
2) Inside needs Dry-Lock water proofing, about 800 square feet.
3) 7 flood vents are cut in the cinder block, and the openings need to be sealed so water can not go up into the wall.
