Comment: I have a tenant in my houe in volcano who had the bathroom window removed from the house - I ahd hired a John Ragar who was supposed to go up and finsh the job but he siad she made it difficult to make a time to finish the repair.I paid John to fix it, purchased teh items from Home Depot on my am ex and unfortunatly he never showe4d back up. I don't know if you can also repair a refrigerator.The frig works but fan whines...may have to replace that but would like to see if it can be fixed too.. <br />My tenant is now bouncing rent checks and I think it's because the window needs to be repaired - if you can clear drains - sink and the bathtub don't drain well - of course the same handyman said he fixed that too but tenant says no. I would look forward to extablishing a good contact that actually shows up. Once the repairs are fixed I will be evicting the tenant and will need someone who can make repairs as needed.
