| Comment: Attic fan needs to be replaced-I have the fan. Bathroom fans (2)need to be replaced-I have the fans. Garage door opener needs to be replaced-I have a new craftsman needing installed along with new door coils. Now the BIG one-I have a horrible smell (mold or sewer) coming from the area around my main bathroom. The house was built in 1970. The plumbing to the original bathroom has not been replaced as far as I know. If there is mold or dry rot I have home owners insurance who may pay for part of it. I would like this taken care of as soon as possible because of the smell. You can stand outside on my porch and smell it. |
