Comment: 3 Loly columns in basement need installed properly and some installation in ceiling in basement. There are several areas of rotting wood at house band board on back of house due to missing flashing behind deck ledger board. Some faucets in bathrooms need to be replaced. Cut off valve needs installed on supply line into water heater. Sewer line behind wall in downstairs bathroom is leaking and needs repaired. (it has 2 small holes in a section of it.)Two hands rails needed for gagage steps and attic.
