| Comment: I am President of Easthampton A Condo Assn in WPB Century Village. We have some damaged fascia. Our property manager says the gutters have to be removed (which they will do, kind souls that they are) but will not be responsible for replacing them. Their quote is open-ended because they may discover additional damage once the gutters are removed. My idea is to obtain a quote for removing the gutters, inspecting them and if possible rehanging them after the fascia is repaired.
