| Comment: I am in a homeowners association. If I want the project done right; I must pay for it. I need someone to give me a bid on a downspout and drainage away from the house that meets county specs with an estimate. If I can get it right away, it will be to their advantage. I will only meet with two people for estimates. It should only take someone about 10 minutes to put together an estimate for this small project: Someone moved a gutter from one side of the garage to the other. It was done improperly and may need replacing. The downspout now must be drained away from the gutter. The association put in a plastic flex part and I will have to pay for metal, which is what I want to do. Someone who knows their, well, what they are doing, to avoid alot of problems can give me a bid to meet county specs and not collapse the retaining wall by inserting a corrugated plastic pipe they think is strong enough.. between my driveway and retaining wall, in a WALKWAY area.
