The garage room was supposed to be 20'x30', but due to miscommunication I am stuck with the 11'x13' attachment on my new home. I need to know how much the 11'x13' structure cost to build, because I feel that I am due a refund. I was told the addition would cost an additional $20,000. I don't believe that this 11'x13' room cost $20,000 to build. I need estimates to rebutt what my contractor has told me.
