The building is to be termite proof, pressure treated lumber or something the termites will not eat. The building is to have a 9 ft. X 7 ft. vinyl roll up garage door, one single entry door and two small windows, one in the back and one on the side with a metal green gable roof with not too much slant so it will be easy to work on without sliding off. If the building is wood the roof is to have wood boards or plywood under the metal. <br />The inside of the building is to be ruffed in, no panels on the wall inside or over head. <br />To get a permit in the city of Hanahan the building must stand a 130 mile per hour wind.
