Comment: Current shed 8.5x25.5 being razed. Expanding (permit approved) to 16x30 <br />basically over the same footprint. Contractor hired for razing and installing a concrete slab foundation. Work to begin in May of 2012. <br />Building to be used for wood storage, small wood working shop,snd miscellaneous storage. Electric garage door, 110 volt outlets, overhead flourescent lights and ceiling fan. Ends of structure to have horizontal windows at eight foot heigght which can be opened for ventilation. Perhaps consider a side door on one side. Want finish that match camp in color and texture. Want to discuss advantages versus the extra cost of a metal roof. Interior will have some benches on walls and storage shelves, no cabinets.
