Comment: I have a low creek bed area at the back of my property. It is flat but a creek is there. Water stands in some areas year round even when dry. I think it is at the water table. I had a bulldozer come in to try to dig a pond but he said it is too wet. Others in the area have wet ponds dug but I can't seem to find the right contractor with the right equipment.
