| Comment: We are currently experiencing a leak on the first floor of the townhome; it looks like a foundation issue. Not even several months ago we had a similar issue but we were sure it was the window well because we saw it getting filled with water while it all flowed into the room on the first floor (this floor I speak of is a not a basement and is considered under grade to the townhome). This time the window well isn't getting full at all and the water isn't coming from the windows. In need a solution so this doesn't continue to happen and not a water mitigation fix as was the case back in September when we had to spend several thousand dollars to get it fix. <br /> <br />Thanks <br /> |
