| Comment: Me and my wife are looking into building a rammed earth home most of the work i can do my self, but foundation work i am not comfortable doing my self so i am trying to budget how much this is going to cost. rammed earth walls are like concret only they are much wider 24 inches at time and a lot heavier. the footings would have to beable to handle the weight. i am looking for a worst case scenario on the cost. i am looking into building a two Story house. that is Roughly a 50x50 foot square to minimize complexity. |
