| Comment: The back room was an extension and the yard dips down toward it. There is a concrete slab outside against the house where a foot of water sits when it rains and goes down between the contretemps and foundation. Through all the winters since it was built the water freezing caved in the foundation n the side of that extension and a few other cracks. We plan to get rid of that concrete slab this sprng but he foundation needs to be fixed so we can remodel in the interior. |
