| Comment: Have basement that gets running water during rain events. Seems like it is mostly at the footer of the foundation.
The bottom 1/2 of the foundation is field stone and the top is brick.
Water feeds to drains in basement floor during rain events but is damaging the storage area. |

| Comment: This past winter has been unusual for Portland and as a result we've had flooding in 4 or 5 areas of the basement. The water has been less than an inch deep, but is still something we'd like to get rid of.

Most of the water is clearly coming up through cracks in the (poured concrete) basement floor. In 1-2 of the areas, we do see water coming in through "rat holes" in the field stone foundation where the walls meet the concrete basement floor.

We are seeking the best advice and solution to ensure that our basement remains dry during wet seasons going forward.
|

| Comment: my garage concrete floor is pitted and worn, it was resurfaced with paint several years ago which is pealing off and a mess. I want to have the paint and surface debris removed, and the garage professionally resealed and or a new layer re-poured if necessary |
