| Comment: i am thinking about buying a house in norwood. it was built in 1910 and has a concrete and stone foundation. there is leaking all throughout the walls of the basement. there is some mold down there too. they say it leaks when it rains heavily or when snow melts. about how much would it be to just go in there and completely fix this? could it ever be completely fixed? can you give me all the fees included (estimated), like the labor and all the materials and tax? thanks so much. this is the 1st company i have contacted and i have no idea what to expect. im not sure if this will be a $6,000 job or like a $30,000 job! <br /> <br />**please just email, dont call. thanks! |
