| Comment: My sumps and my drain tiles work fine, but when we get the 50 year rains or more the groud water table can rise 2ft above my basement level for a few days and my current sumps can't keep up. I think I need bigger deeper crocks with bigger pumps for these occaional heavy rains about every 5 to 10 years. |

| Comment: When we bought the house two years ago we noticed the south-side foundation wall was leaning in slightly. The house inspector said it was to code and just to keep an eye on it. Already there is an noticeable difference in the size of the crack in the wall and the amount the wall is tipping in. We are currently looking for estimates on fixing the wall and making sure this problem doesn't reestablish itself. |
