Comment: We are trying to identify whether we have a structural problem, or simply a problem with the way our basement bathroom was finished. There is a floating wall between our storage room and bathroom that has shifted causing severe damage to the sink, mirror, shower/tub and drywall. Also, the door frame around the door to the storage area is pressing down preventing easy access.

Outside the house: remove flower beds, clean wall face and fill existing cracks with epoxy grout, apply asphaltic concrete sealer to exposed wall surface, backfill and regrade.
