| Comment: I called a plumber and had my meter looked at. He said there is no apparent leak in my plumbing. My wife had someone come take a look at our problem and he said it seems to be water vapor coming through the concrete floor. I have a one story home in Enchanted Lakes and have double wall construction. I opened two walls up and found that white powder in several locations as well as carpet that was saturated and whatever was on it totally rusted. One of the plates for the wall has been saturated about 1/4 way through but there doesn't seem to be other 2x4 plates with this problem. |
