| Comment: Have a hole that looks like was repaired by previous owner, about 6- eight inches ( a circle) and looks like filled in with concrete but not a good job. There must be a small leak and am getting mold and mildew on concrete bricks where water runs down(slow leak only found recently) and some other mildewing around bottom of that same wall near floor. if this is going to be expensive to repair, may need to save up for it. Would like to at least seal hole for now, and we can try to clean the mold ourselves if we need to with some advice from repairman. |
