| Comment: Cnoncrete slab, that supports a sunroom, with glass panels, 18 inch knee wall, one stick built wall, has cracked, due to no footers being installed when built.I would like to explore supporting the existing slab, so that the cracks do not continue, and waterproofing and sealing areas, that leak, which is probably be caused by the room settling. |

| Comment: Back deck post are sinking forcing outside railing to give way from structure. The post have lost concrete below and need to jacked up post to previous level and support the post underground with new concrete footing. Not sure if water table is displacing soil from around foundation. Ground happens to be sinking within 4 feet from deck. |
