| Comment: I am interested in purchasing a home that in the disclosure they note a basement leak when the wall contracts (small leak). Apprently the leak was fixed 9-10 years ago, but a "beam" was not put back in place. <br />This causes the wall to contract? It does not make sense and we need to understand what the cost will be to repair it. We have 10 days to complete the inspection and than proceed to a home inspection depending on the cost to fix the leak. |
