| Comment: I bought the house in August 2010. The entire basement had been finished - new drywall and carpeting. Now I notice the block walls leak through joints and places where blocks are displaced. I removed a section of one wall to expose the concrete. The studs, insulation and drywall were/are soaking wet, and appear to have been that way for quite some time. Long before I moved in. Obviously a cover-up job by the seller. |

| Comment: Hi,

I’m redoing the foundation on a rental property I purchased and was wondering how much it would cost to come out an pour approximately 1-1.5 sq yards of concrete? I am doing the wall in sections and almost have an 96” X 90” X 6-8” section ready to pour.

|
