| Comment: Senior citizen couple have contract on used govt home in conyers. Had a friend with construction exp visit home and assess needs. This is what we would like a quote on: <br /><br />(1) walkway to front door has split in two, leaving a 2-foot hold on the left. That hole needs to be repacked after draining problem into foundation has been checked. Sees that not enough dirt is in front of house so water runs away from the house instead of towards the house. <br /><br />(2) Check driveway into house and make sure water runs away from the house. Small cracks indicates water is also running into foundation at that point. <br /><br /> (3) If you do it, would also like quote on new roof and gutters to include replacement of damaged boards. <br /><br /> a. |
