| Comment: Wall leaked last year into basement. Slow leak didn't know it was leaking until carpet was found wet. Pulled out carpet and wet dry wall. Put in a french drain outside the wall, sealed the wall with sealer. The wall did good all winter. Put the dry wall back up , wet area on the floor. small but wet. Wondering if it has something to do with the sprinkler system. That has been the only water source on that side of the house since the winter snow and rain. <br /> |
