| Comment: Just purchased 1964 ranch on slab on 3 acres on Sand Creek. During rain on 2-27 noticed water coming through footing wall onto utility room floor. Dug out overgrowth from base of footing and water collected and stood. Lot slopes from street to creek for 550-630 feet. House is set back from road about 300 feet. Dropoff from street to house is about 5 feet. Want estimate to heve new open trench french drain placed 4-6 feet from existing house (80 feet long) and water piped down sides of house to allow runoff to safely pass house on way to creek. Driveway has 4 inch existing pvc pipe from front of house to rear, can be used in this project if feasible. |
