| Comment: Old bungalow in Belmont area of Cville, built in 1920. Foundation is cement blocks (I think), front of the house is dirt crawl space. Flooding issues for years (probably long before we bought it, as there is a drain in the back of the basement for the water to go out) but now there is mold regularly showing up down there and we'd like to waterproof the basement as much as possible to alieviate the mold issue. We have tenants in the house now who will be moving at the end of July, but would like to take care of this before the new renters move in. Work can be done with the current tenants in the house.
