Comment: Looking at home for sale that has foundation issues. Engineers report is being faxed to me later today. Orally was told the whole subdivision is having this problem. Home built in 2006, 1600 sq ft. Drywall cracking, slab uneven, higher in areas sunken in others, not extreme differences but noticeable. Block wall is also cracked. Do not own yet. Only going to an make offer that will make sense to me with repair cost. Unknown at this time any under slab pipe issues or not? Hopefully engineers report will shed some light in this area.
