| Comment: New Home purchase. "Spider web" type cracking on the outside shaped corner of the rear left part of the foundation under the garage. Cracking found in right side foundation wall and it appears that the top of the foundation wall has leaned in towards the center of the house and the short frame wall that sits upon the top of the concrete foundation wall has leaned outwards. The foundation wall has leaned in enough to bow a nearby vertical stud in an adjacent wall. Leaking cracks in foundation wall along the front side in the unfinished basement. |
