| Comment: I have a split level home. The basement is part family room part basement/utility room. These rooms are about 4' below ground level. During heavy storms or sustained rain and/or snow melt, we get water on our floor. Recent heavy rains with snow melt was the worse yet. About 60% of the carpet in the family room was lost. This is the second time this has occured. I am looking for solutions that hopefully do not involve digging inside my home.
