| Comment: I have placed a contract on a home in Olustee OK. Upon inspection by us we discovered extensive foundation cracks, coupled with deep cracks in outside bricks, and evidence of a bowing in the kitchen area that has been recovered with ceramic tile. I will place in contract that all foundation repairs will be completed by a company of our choosing. I do not trust the company recommended by the Realty. I urgently need an inspection of the foundation by a person qualified in this area as soon as possible. I only have a short time to complete inspection. I need a quote of the approximate charge for the inspection and am willing to pay expense for traveling to the home location. Thank you. |
