| Comment: We just had our floors redone (sanded and stained with golden oak). A moving company scratched the floor in one room (~5 inches) with an electric drill. Firstly, we need to have this scratch repaired. Secondly, we need a skilled floor worker to finish the job that our first floor contractor promised to do in writing and on the phone, but left us high and dry after an early payment. The latter includes large gap fills (gaps should've been filled prior to polyurethane coats) and removal of visible polyurethane drops from improper application. |
