| Comment: I just want to get some bids of an original harcd wood floor there is one spot where my dog has been peeing and other than that it is smaller scratches to the surface. It totals 474 square feet. the stairs make up 40.6 square feet and are currently painted and would like to know how much it would cost to scrape the paint and refinish the stairs as well. It would be nice to keep the stairs and the other floor seperate in the bid just in case I decide to just paint it again. So the rest of the 433.3 square feet would be just a sand and refinish. |
