| Comment: I have a condo on the ocean that has carpet and that is disgusting we need to put down something a little more durable and sand and water friendly. Vinyl tile seems to be the answer. The Subfloor is OSB or something similar so a underlayment will probably be needed. The total areas depends on cost. The unit is about 850 sq feet and the Living room kitchen area is 350. We are definitely doing the Kitchen and living room, but are interested in the bedrooms also. My wife has been looking at many products and I have found the Naturelle Flooring company to have a product I am intersted in. |
