| Comment: We are redoing our kitchen and we would like our hardwood floors refinished. Right now, the old cabinets are torn up, so the room is a big, empty hardwood floor. We did not know what would be more cost effective: refinishing a larger surface area with no cabinets installed, so it is an open space, or refinishing a smaller area, but having to work around newly installed cabinets. There is some light water damage to the flooring in the bathroom and there are a few small gaps between the boards in one or two places, but, overall, the flooring is in pretty good shape. |
