The wood floors in the living room and 1/2 the dining room are GORGEOUS; however, the other 1/2 of the dining room used to be the kitchen, so the flooring is some very old linoleum. We'd like to swap our the old kitchen floor for white oak that closely resembles the rest of the downstairs. We are hoping to find someone to rip out the old kitchen flooring and install white oak with a stain that matches the rest of the house. The area we are talking about here is about 8' by 10'.
