| Comment: I have removed the carpet and padding from the dining room and living room. I have removed the carpet tack strips and the staples that were holding down the padding. The floor (I am pretty sure it is Oak, but do not know if it is Red Oak or White Oak) has a few small holes (less than the size of a pencil) and a few medium sized holes (about the size of a dime). There is some paint splatters on the floor. There are also some small areas of staining. |
