| Comment: There was a pinhole leak in the water line to my fridge that we didn't know about for 4 weeks. This created a pool of water underneath our laminate wood floors throughout the entire kitchen and parts of the dining room and warped our laminate floors. <br /> <br />I have completed removal of all damaged wood, purchased the replacement flooring, all required molding, and foam underlay. Started to lay the foam down and attempt to lay down some planks. <br /> <br />However, due to the design of the laminate floors ('snap-in' locking design), it was apparent that they only way to lay them in properly and get them to lock together was by doing one row at a time, leaving the bare concrete on the next row, so that they can snap into place. <br /> <br />However, we are unable to do that because we only removed a portion of the wood, not the entire house. We have to 'fill-in' the holes from the warped laminate flooring, but we can't fill-in AND have them sn |
