Comment: Hi, We have a wood fireplace, the Heatilator type, and there is some mortar under the metal frame is loose, broken and lets in cold air. One of the fans is not working and I don't know if it is the fan or electrical connection. Also, there is no glass. I am not sure if insurance covers, probably. We were quoted for an insert but it seemed a lot of money. Thanks, Gary
