| Comment: In the process of purchasing a home & the inspection suggest replacing the rusted fireplace with possible mold from leak. Home built in 1987 & fireplace is original although apparently not used very often. It is pre-fabricated & wood burning but if I have to replace it-I prefer gas logs that are vented. Need to know worst case scenario price wise for having to replace. |
