| Comment: I'm currently renting a house downtown Traverse City and half of our yard is fenced by the neighbor, while the ends and other half are not fenced. We have a dog and would like to be able to let her out without a worry, as well as would like some privacy from our 'retired and..interested' neighbors. haha We currently are renting however the landlord's stance is that if anything is put on the property to escalate the value, that they'd be happy to pay for it. We're just trying to get a rough estimate amount. I'd say it's approximately 70-85 feet of fencing - looking for white vinyl. |
