| Comment: I am seeking a contractor to provide and install a new fence. The new fence shall be 61’-10” +/-. It shall extend from the neighbor’s fence on the south side of my property to the sw corner of my house. All fencing shall be 6’ high. The portion adjacent to the neighbor’s property will be either a 10’ or 12’ chain link gate. The exact size may be selected by contractor. It will have to span existing utilities. The remainder shall be treated privacy fence with 6” dog ears. The privacy fence shall include a 4’ wood gate near my house. I also want the contractor to remove approximately 90’ of existing 4 ft. chain link that will no longer be needed. The fence includes one 4’ gate. |
