| Comment: straight line wind blew down 4 6-ft sections of fence (on hill). Posts set in concrete splintered off, leaving a 1 ft hole before concrete was reached. Fence was installed a little over a year ago, and since sod was stripped from yard by contractor and never replaced, lots of mud came from under fence from adjacent lot - some spilling over yard and some backed up against fence - possible causing the wood posts to rot. |
