| Comment: Vinyl fence boards (?), gate and hardware, posts (improperly anchored - missing 4X4's inside posts) have sagged and caused gaps by gate and section to break away. Gate and fencing section are about 15 to 20 feet long. Other section is OK. The company that installed it about 10 years ago is no longer in business. Companies I have called will not do any repair jobs - only installs beginning at a minimum of $1000. I am on a corner, and the fencing is for both security and privacy from car headlights. The vinyl fencing on the left side of the house seems to be holding up OK. Need advice and reasonably priced solution as I am the homeowner and I am an older (70) Senior trying to keep my property up according to the subdivision requirements. It is most difficult to find or get recommendations for reliable repairmen for what I am told are "too small of a job" of any kind. Thank-you. Judith Kassel |

I want cedar (eastern or western) privacy with dogtail fence boards and gothic posts. I will need a double 5' gate in the 6' high fence access inside of yard only. In the 5' high fence I will need a 5' gate (inside access only)and a double gate that is 3' and 7' (for foot or vehicle access off of driveway) inside and outside access. I just need a quote for budgeting purposes at this time. I can be ready to do the work in the next few weeks. |
