Comment: Have a very old attic fan which is working but noisey. Figure if is been around this long it must be a good fan and would like to see about servicing it. Also need some electical work in the attic. The attic fan and whole house fan wires are not connected in electrical boxes and wiring is very old. Bungalow house built in 1929. No soffit vents - gable vents. New roof last year with ridge vent.

Comment: 40 y/o house. Motor on bathroom exhaust fan went out. Old fan/light combination, modern parts won't fit. Need to replace this fan, but current location doesn't look designed to fit modern exhaust fans.
