| Comment: House built in 96. Atrium ranch lacking a whole house fan not sure about attic fan. Would like to purchase one or both fans (if needed) and have installed. It's less important to me how big and awesome the fan might be and more important that the installer is (preferably) experienced, knowledgeable and takes pride in their work. It's pretty easy to determine how well informed a laborer is in their trade within the first few minutes of a conversation. I will be looking for someone I can have confidence in doing the job before I give the go ahead to start knocking holes in my roof. I also want someone who stands behind their work and if for some reason something isn't right they will come back and fix it. Fix it as many times as it takes to make it right.....for good |
