Comment: Ceiling fan (Minka-Aire) in Sea Colony West, upper story Vista model. 10 years old fan. Ceiling is 13 ft and fan is at 9 ft 8 in level. Fan is approximately 52 in diameter. Light switch turns on light. Remote turns fan on and off and adjusts hi/med/low speeds, but has stopped the dimmer function on the light part. Not sure if it is better to fix the fixture, or due to age, replace with new unit. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Request esimate to repair and estimate to replace.
