| Comment: I have a deadline of Feb 3rd to apply for a Grading/Stockpiling permit with the City of Vancouver. I wish to have an old backfilled railroad tie wall removed and hauled away. It is approximately 40 feet long, and 4 feet high, with approximately 75 yards of backfill behind it, mostly sand and earth, with a small amount of drain rock. Then, I would like the slope gently graded back to it's original state and rolled to smooth and compact the slope to prevent erosion. Finally, it will need to be seeded with a tough, drought resistant grass seed. |
