| Comment: I left a voice mail for you earlier today. My name is Jonathan Leinheardt. My wife Deana and I received an engineer's report who recommends: “excavation to evaluate foundation walls, repair deteriorated brick mortar and improve drainage away from the house.”

She also noted in her report that: “Excessive saturation of soil at bottom of foundation level would necessitate addition of a perimeter drain system, and presence of large continuous vertical cracks at foundation corners would mean that an underpin footing should be installed under corners.”

Please advise if you can perform this work and provide us with a bid on this project. I can be reached at xxxxxxxxxxxx. Thanks. |

| Comment: Selling my home. Inspector (structural engineer) recommended french drain. I discussed with another structural engineer that states "a good job grading around 2 sides of house should be enough". Want an estimate. Home in Park Hill, built 1938, northwest corner has sank ~ 1 1/2" from past water run off gutters and down foundation. |
